Important: Prices, exchange rates and net worth figures shown in the App are for reference only, may be delayed or inaccurate, and do not constitute investment advice.
1. Acceptance
These terms are an agreement between you and Guangzhou Achieve Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”) for the use of Worthscope (the “App”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms. They supplement Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where the two differ, the terms more favorable to you apply.
2. The service
The App helps you record your assets and liabilities and estimates your net worth using prices and exchange rates that are updated daily. US stock prices are the closing prices of the most recent trading day; crypto prices and exchange rates are updated once a day.
3. For reference only — not investment advice
All figures, charts and information in the App are for personal record-keeping and reference only. They are not investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and not a recommendation to buy or sell any security, cryptocurrency or other financial product. Use your own judgment and consult a professional where appropriate. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on information in the App.
4. Data accuracy
Prices and exchange rates come from third-party data providers. We try to keep them timely and accurate but do not guarantee that they are free of delays, errors or interruptions. Some symbols may temporarily have no price, or stop updating because of trading halts, delistings or provider changes.
5. Your data
The data you enter is stored only on your iPhone. We can’t see it and can’t recover it for you. Please use “Back Up & Export” regularly. We are not responsible for data lost because a device is lost or damaged, the App is deleted, or no backup was made.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t reverse engineer, scrape, interfere with or otherwise misuse the App or its server, and don’t use the App for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
We own the rights in the App’s software, design, name and icon. Market data belongs to the respective data providers.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses (including investment losses) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
9. Changes and termination
We may update, change or discontinue some or all features of the App (for example, switching data providers). If the price service is to be discontinued, we will try to give notice in advance through the App’s release notes; your data remains on your iPhone.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). Any dispute shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, it shall be submitted to the competent people’s court where we are located.
