FAQ
How often are prices updated?
Once a day. US stock prices are the closing prices of the most recent trading day; crypto prices and exchange rates are updated daily. The app loads the latest data when you open it.
Why does an asset show “No price yet”?
A newly added symbol usually gets its price after the next daily update. For markets without automatic quotes (such as Hong Kong or mainland China), use “Manual Price”.
How do I move my data to a new iPhone?
On your old iPhone, go to Settings → Back Up & Export and save the backup file to iCloud Drive or send it to the new iPhone. On the new iPhone, go to Settings → Import Backup and choose the file. Importing replaces all data on the new iPhone.
Is my data safe?
The assets and liabilities you enter stay on your iPhone and are never uploaded. Price lookups send only symbols — never quantities or amounts. See the Privacy Policy.
